How we re-parge an older wall
The coat goes on a quarter to three-eighths of an inch thick, in two passes on a rough wall, with a bonding agent and mesh. The full prep is on the parging page.
Parging or a water problem?

Parging needs temperatures above 5°C and a frost-free cure, which here means roughly mid-April to October.
