Quotes and estimates
Anything we say about price before seeing the job, on this site or by phone or email, is an estimate. A price becomes a quote only after a site visit, when we have measured the job and put the number in writing. The written quote is the number that holds.
Prices and figures
This site does not publish prices, rates, or cost ranges for concrete work. Every job is different: the size, the access, the condition of the base, the drainage, and the finish all move the number. The only price that means anything is the one in your written quote, given free after we have seen the job, and nothing on this site is an offer to do a job at a set price.
The warranty
The lifetime warranty on labour is described on the warranty page, and the version stated on your written quote is the one that applies to your job. Nothing else on this site adds to it or changes it.
What the content on this site is
The pages and guides here are general information about residential concrete work in Southern Ontario. They are not engineering, structural, or drainage advice for your specific property. If your home is showing movement, active water, or structural symptoms, have it assessed in person, by us or by a professional engineer where one is needed.
Service area
The towns and regions on this site describe where crews regularly run routes, and coverage for your specific job is confirmed when we respond to your request. Listing a town means we intend to serve it, not that every job in every location can always be booked. If your town is not listed, ask, and if we can make it work, we will.
Changes to these terms
We update this page when something about the site or the way we quote changes, and the date above shows when that last happened. Changes apply from that date forward and do not alter anything already in writing on a signed quote.
