What we collect
When you ask for a quote, we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address, the town the job is in, the kind of work you need, and anything you add in the message, including whether water is actively coming in.
If you call instead, we keep the same kind of details from the call so we can call you back and quote the job. We do not ask for more than we need to respond to you, and the website does not require an account.
How we use your information
Your details are used to respond to your request, visit and quote the job, schedule the work, and stand behind it afterward, including warranty service.
Your quote details are shared with the crew completing your work. That is what they are for: the crew needs your name, contact information and job details to quote, schedule and do the job. We do not share your information with anyone else for their marketing, and we never sell it.
Your consent
Sending the form or calling us is how you consent to being contacted about your request and to your details being passed to the crew doing the work. You can withdraw that consent at any time by telling us, and we will stop contacting you, apart from anything we are required to keep about work already completed.
Analytics
We use Umami and Microsoft Clarity to understand visits, clicks, scrolling and navigation so we can improve the site. A limited sample of visits may be recorded as a session replay. Quote-form inputs are masked in those recordings, and we also mark the complete form for masking.
For lead attribution, this site keeps the first page visited, broad traffic source and bounded campaign labels in your browser's session storage. It records only whether a Google or Meta ad-click marker was present and immediately discards the marker itself. This session record ends with the browser session. We do not send your name, contact details, town or project message to analytics, and we do not use this information to follow you across other websites. Visitor data is not sold.
How long we keep your information, and how to have it removed
Quote and job records are kept while they are useful for serving you. That can be a long time on completed jobs, because the warranty on our labour lasts as long as you own your home and the record is how we honour it.
You can ask what we have on file about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send a note through the quote form with the word privacy in the message. We will act on it, and if part of a record has to stay, for example on warranted work, we will tell you plainly which part and why.
The services that move your message
Form submissions, notifications and the restricted lead sheet run on infrastructure providers that process messages on our behalf. They handle your details to get your request to us and the crew on your job, and to record whether the request was a fit and what happened next.
We do not use data brokers. The site does not currently load a remarketing pixel.
Questions about your privacy
If you have a question about how your information is handled, contact us through the quote form with the word privacy in the message and it will reach the person responsible for privacy. You will hear back within one business day.
We handle personal information under PIPEDA, Canada's federal privacy law for businesses. If you are not satisfied with how we respond, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Tell us about the job.
Send the details and we'll get back to you within one business day with next steps. If water is coming in right now, check the box and we flag it urgent.
